ECS families and supporters have been attending our annual auction on Mother’s Day weekend for three decades! This is our largest fundraising event of the year.
There will be fun for the whole family. In addition to the LIVE AND SILENT AUCTIONS, there will be
- Carnival-style games for the kids
- Cafeteria will be serving dinner (MENU)
- Bake Sale
- ‘Kids Only’ Store – Kids can shop for mom for mothers day or pick up a few items for themselves
- Face Painting
- Fresh flower bouquets
- Gamer Lounge

Take a sneak peek at the items that’ll be up for auction! There will not be any online bidding this year, but you can view the items online. Online sign-up is NOT required. Get your bidder number at the auction on May 13.
Volunteer
We need 90+ volunteers to run this event! Sign up below for one of the many volunteer positions. Volunteers will receive a free meal on the evening of the in-person event.
You can also help us gather donations by connecting with business owners on our behalf. We have created this letter that you can print and drop off or email to businesses you frequent or work for. Printed copies are also available at the Society Office.

We are currently accepting donations for the live and silent auctions. If you can donate a new product, a service, or a gift certificate to the auction, please drop off your donation at the Society Office. (14304-109 Avenue)
Bake Sale Donations
Bake sale donations can be dropped off at your school office or the Society Office on Thursday, May 11th or Friday, May 12th. Please prepackage items and label if they are gluten or nut free. If you’d like to volunteer at the bake sale table, please contact your Parent Council.

We will confirm your winning bids at the Cash-Out table. There will also be a note on the silent auction table once the item has been removed stating the winning bidder number and the final bid price.
Stop by the registration table to sign up and receive your bidder number at the auction event.
You can also save time by logging into your existing 32auctions account to link this year’s auction or register ahead of time. However, you’ll still need to stop by the registration table to get your bidder number.
All items will be available for pick up at the auction on May 13th or beginning May 16th at the Society Office. (14304 – 109 Avenue)
